this is something I've never told anyone: I think fireworks are romantic! I love all the colors and the sounds. I think they are beautiful. Don't laugh!
Well, Miss Maudie, now we ALL know your secret about fireworks! I'll bet you just can't wait for July 4th . . . The Compton Heights Band will have lots of sound (but no colors, I'm afraid) for its patriotic concert - Civil War cannons with the 1812 Overture. Varooooooom!
